Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026
This policy sets out what you may and may not create with Zero Kit, operated by Zero Agentic LLC. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Zero Kit generates images and videos from text and from photos you upload, using third-party AI models, and we are responsible for what those models are asked to produce on our platform.
The short version: no sexual content, no content involving minors, no real people conjured from a text description, nothing hateful or violent, nothing that infringes rights or breaks the law. Photos you upload yourself may be edited within the limits set out in section 2.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not use the service to create, upload, request, or attempt to create:
- Sexual or sexually suggestive content, nudity, or any NSFW, 18+, or "uncensored" material, including content that is borderline or implied.
- Any content that depicts, sexualises, or endangers a minor, whether real, fictional, or stylised.
- Depictions of a real, identifiable person used without that person's consent, including intimate or suggestive imagery of any real person and likenesses used to deceive, defame, or harass.
- Depictions of a real, identifiable person created from a text description alone, including public figures, celebrities, and anyone identified by an unmistakable title or role; and any image that combines the face of one real person with the body of another real person. Edits to photos you upload yourself are governed by section 2.
- Content that promotes, glorifies, or instructs violence, terrorism, self-harm, or cruelty, or that is gratuitously gory.
- Hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content targeting people on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights, including reproducing protected characters, logos, or artworks without permission.
- Removing a watermark, logo, signature, or other ownership or credit mark from an image you do not own or do not have permission to edit.
- Deceptive or fraudulent material: disinformation, fake news imagery, forged documents, counterfeit products, or impersonation of people or organisations.
- Anything unlawful in your jurisdiction or in the United States.
2. Portrait Features and Photos of People
Portrait, wedding, couple, baby, retouching, and restoration features work from a photo you upload. You may only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you their permission, and for minors the permission of a parent or guardian. Uploading a photo is your confirmation that you hold that permission for everyone shown in it.
Within that permission, a photo you upload may be restyled, redressed, placed in a new scene, or transferred onto another body or character.
Three limits apply to every such edit: it must not be sexual or sexually suggestive; it must not combine the face of one real person with the body of another real person; and it must not be used to deceive, defame, or harass anyone.
3. Prohibited Uses of the Service
- Circumventing content moderation, credit limits, rate limits, or other safety measures, including by rephrasing a rejected prompt to obtain the same prohibited result.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or reselling the service or its output as a competing generation service.
- Sharing accounts or driving automated traffic outside a documented API.
- Interfering with the service's infrastructure or other users.
4. How We Enforce This Policy
Every text prompt is screened automatically before it is sent to a model. Prompts that fail screening are rejected and no credits are charged. Model providers apply their own safety filters on top of ours.
The screening combines several content-safety services with a word list we maintain ourselves into a single decision: a prompt is either allowed through or rejected outright. When a prompt is rejected we show you a reference number for that decision, and you can appeal it afterwards — a person then reviews the text. That review changes how the same text is screened from then on; it does not undo the request that was already rejected. We keep a record of every screening decision so that we can answer compliance audits.
We may refuse a request, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate an account that breaches this policy, with or without notice depending on severity. Serious or repeated breaches result in termination without refund. Where the law requires it, we report illegal content to the relevant authorities.
5. Reporting
If you come across content on Zero Kit that you believe breaches this policy, or if your likeness has been used without your consent, write to [email protected] with a link or description and we will review it within three business days.
6. Appeals
When a prompt is blocked, we show you a reference number for that decision. If you believe the decision was wrong, write to [email protected] with that reference number and we will reply within three business days.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as the service and the law change. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
