Terms of Service

Zero Kit generates images and videos from text or reference media, and provides editing tools for object removal, inpainting, outpainting, upscaling, photo restoration, style transfer, and image-to-video animation.

Zero Kit is an independent product: an interface and orchestration layer over third-party AI models licensed through their providers' APIs. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of OpenAI, Google, ByteDance, xAI, or any other model provider, and model names are trademarks of their respective owners. Which models are available changes as providers add, revise, or withdraw them.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and to make purchases. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and only that adult may make purchases. The service is not directed to children under 13.

Most features require an account. You can register with an email address, or sign in with Google, GitHub, X, or LinuxDo.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Give accurate information and keep your email current — we use it for account and billing notices. Accounts are for one person or entity; do not share access.

• Generating media consumes credits. Every generation is a real inference call to a model provider, and that is what credits pay for.
• Free accounts receive a daily credit grant. Paid plans include the allowance described on the pricing page.
• Credits are held when a job starts and settled when it finishes. If a generation fails or is cancelled, the held credits are returned to your balance automatically — you are not charged for a job that produced nothing.
• Purchases are processed by our payment partners. Where checkout is provided by Creem, Creem Inc. is the merchant of record: it sells the subscription or credit pack to you, appears on your statement, and its Buyer Terms (https://www.creem.io/buyer-terms) also apply to the transaction. Where checkout is provided by Waffo, Waffo.com Limited (or the Waffo affiliate named for your region in its Buyer Terms) is the merchant of record on the same basis, and its Buyer Terms (https://www.waffo.shop/terms-conditions) also apply to the transaction.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in your account settings; cancelling stops future renewals and does not retroactively cancel the current billing period or refund credits already granted for it.
• Prices and plan contents may change. Changes take effect from your next billing period, never retroactively.

• You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, reproduce, and process your uploads solely in order to operate the service for you — which includes sending them to the model provider you selected. This licence ends when you delete the content, apart from copies retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
• You own the output you generate, to the extent that ownership in AI-generated material is available under applicable law. Be aware that in some jurisdictions, including the United States, purely AI-generated material may not be eligible for copyright protection.
• You are responsible for ensuring your prompts, uploads, and outputs do not infringe anyone's rights and do not break the law.
• Output is not exclusive. Similar prompts from other users can produce similar results, and we make no promise of uniqueness.

• Output generated under a paid plan may be used commercially — including e-commerce listings, posters, brand material, and paid advertising.
• Output generated on the free plan is for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Commercial use remains subject to the terms of the underlying model provider and to applicable law. Clearing third-party rights in anything you feed into the service is your responsibility.

Our Acceptable Use Policy (https://zerokit.ai/acceptable-use) is part of these terms. In summary, you may not use the service to create, upload, or attempt to create:

• Sexual content, nudity, or any NSFW or 18+ material.
• Any content that sexualises a minor.
• Content depicting a real, identifiable person without their consent — including intimate imagery and synthetic likenesses used to deceive. Portrait features may only be used with photos of yourself or of people who have given you permission.
• Depictions of a real, identifiable person created from a text description alone, or images that combine one real person's face with another real person's body. Edits to photos you upload yourself are governed by section 2 of the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Hateful, harassing, discriminatory, or violent content.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights.
• Deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading material, including disinformation and impersonation.
• Anything unlawful under applicable law.
• You also may not reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service; circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or safety measures; share your account; drive automated traffic outside a documented API; or interfere with the service's infrastructure.

We may refuse to process a request, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or creates legal, safety, or abuse risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.

Serious or repeated breaches may lead to termination without notice and without refund.

Every text prompt submitted for image or video generation is screened by an automated content-moderation service before it reaches a model. Prompts that fail screening are not processed and no credits are charged.

Our Refund Policy (https://zerokit.ai/refund) is part of these terms. In short: credits and subscription purchases are digital goods delivered instantly and are generally non-refundable once delivered; failed generations refund their credits automatically; and we review duplicate charges and billing errors case by case if you write to [email protected]. A renewal charge can be refunded within 3 days if none of its credits have been used.

This does not limit any refund right you have under mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Model providers may revise or withdraw models, and queue times vary with load.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that output will be accurate, original, suitable for your purpose, or free of third-party claims. AI models can produce unexpected or wrong results — review output before you rely on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero Agentic LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) USD 100.

You agree to indemnify Zero Agentic LLC against claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from content you upload or generate, or from your breach of these terms or of applicable law.

You can stop using the service at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by writing to [email protected].

On voluntary termination, unused credits and the remainder of a paid period are forfeited unless law requires otherwise. The sections on content licences, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law survive termination.

We may revise these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to venue there. Before filing anything, please write to [email protected] — most issues are settled that way.
